Calvert City Elementary students and staff joined folks from across the country today to celebrate Dolly Parton Day, honoring the late "Queen of Country". The day, 9-25, honors Dolly's hit song, "9 to 5."
CES students celebrated Dolly's big heart, her love for people, and the power of kindness. The students showed their sparkle with Rhinestones and Cowgirl/Cowboy outfits while putting the 3 R's - Respect, Responsibility, and Ready - into action!
