All Marshall County Public Schools preschool locations have received a 5-star rating from the Kentucky Department of Education's Kentucky ALL STARS program. The Marshall County Preschool and the Preschool Programs at Benton Elementary, Calvert City Elementary, Central Elementary, Jonathan Elementary, Sharpe Elementary, and South Marshall Elementary all earned the 5 STAR, ALL STARS rating, which is the highest possible rating.
"The Marshall County preschool staff truly believes in giving every child the very best start," Early Childhood Consultant Lindsey Smith said. "This recognition is such a wonderful reflection of the heart, dedication, and countless hours they pour into our children and families every day."
