It was a beautiful day to be outside enjoying a day of health education and exercise.
Today was Team Ultra Field Day at Marshall County High School as over 220 primarily 4th and 5th grade students from each of our elementary schools participated.
Several middle school students were also there as helpers, and high school students in the Allied Health field manned booths and talked to the students about things like dental hygiene, healthy eating, and the anatomy.
The students also enjoyed physical activities that helped them work on balance, strength, agility, and speed.
Our thanks to the Marshall County Health Department, FRYSC coordinators and all of the other volunteers who made the day special for our students.
