Leah Beth has been named the next principal at Marshall County Technical Center. Beth, who currently serves as Assistant Principal at Marshall County High School, will take over for Brian Harper, who is retiring.
Beth has 20 years of education experience, starting out as a business teacher, transitioning to a special education teacher, then into administration. Her educational philosophy of ensuring that every student has a plan after graduation makes the technical center an ideal fit.
“Words cannot express how grateful I am for this opportunity to work with such amazing faculty and staff.” Beth said. “I appreciate the hard work Mr. Harper and the faculty have put in to make our technical center one of the very best in the state. I look forward to working in an environment where learning goes beyond the classroom—skills are built, passions discovered, and futures forged."
Beth has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 21 years. They have three children, Trinity, Fisher, and Ella. Her official start date as principal is January 1st, 2026.
