Summer Food Service Program Summer Food Program

Marshall County School System is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. The Marshall County Hoops camp will be conducted by Head Coach Terry Birdsong and the MCHS coaching staff, along with both former and current MC basketball players. Central Elementary Receives Project Fit Grant PE teacher Christopher Buford, assistant principal Keile Phillips, and principal Tad Mott received the Project Fit grant from Baptist Health Paducah on Monday.

Congratulations to CES staff and students for receiving a new fitness grant! The Project Fit America grant, awarded by Baptist Health Paducah, will fund fitness equipment and curriculum, encouraging students and staff to live healthier lives.

School will be in session on February 12, March 15 &16, May 24 & 25. School will NOT be in session on May 22 due to Election Day. Last day for students will be May 25th. If we have more winter weather, watch for more changes.  Download Calendar Here

Counseling for the Weeking Help

Information for the Weekend

•    Friday (February 2nd) will be the last day of counseling services provided at the Pepsi plant.
•    Billy Graham Counseling Services will be providing services on Saturday (February 3rd) behind Hutchen's restaurant. They will be leaving Sunday morning.
•    The below services can provide assistance over the weekend if needed.

We have had several counseling services reach out to us and they will be free of charge . Here are two locations where they will be offered. 1. Marshall County Extension Office 1933 Mayfield HWY, Benton, KY 2. The Old Pepsi Plant 1531 US HWY 641, Benton, KY Both places will be open 9:00 am to 3:00 each day Wednesday thru Friday. The American Red Cross is offering assistance as well.

Extended Summer Feeding Summer Feeding Program

Marshall County will be extending Summer Feeding for the MCHS site only.  We will be providing breakfast at the Back to School Bash on Saturday, August 5, 2017.  8:30 am to 10:30. am

We will be set up in the Marshall County Gymnasium Lobby.  Come out and grab a breakfast and learn more about Marshall County Food Services.
