Allora Loven and Kinsley Cathey

Marshall County High School is proud to announce that two MCHS students have been recognized through Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts.

Allora Loven and Kinsley Cathey have been chosen as finalists through the application process for GSA. Statewide,1300 applications were reduced to 820 finalists. Allora Loven has been selected in the area of Visual Arts and Kinsley Cathey has been selected in the area of Creative Writing. Finalists will be notified mid-April of their status.

The Marshall County School District is proud of the hard work and dedication that these students have demonstrated to earn admittance to the Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts and we wish them continued success in all their future endeavors!
