Students at Sharpe Elementary showcased their "Glow Art" this week. Art Teacher Abbye Moore says the "Glow Gallery" has been a huge hit and exceeded everyone's expectations. Kindergarten through 5th grade students worked on the project with a variety of designs, including paper sculptures, quick stick paintings, butterflies and snails, lava paintings, tie dye, animals and optical illusions. Everything used to make the paintings is neon... neon oil pastels, neon paint, neon paint sticks, and neon paper. The students have been working on this amazing project since January.
