KY MOMS M.A.T.R.

FREE HEALTHY PREGNANCY CLASS FOR
ALL MOMS TO BE AND
MOMS UP TO SIX MONTHS POSTPARTUM.
This is an on-going program, anyone can email anytime to sign up for the class. It is held every 3rd Tuesday of the month virtually at 10:00 a.m. and will also have in person class options as well.

Kentucky WIC provides supplemental nutrition food and nutritional education to low-income women, infants and children, living in the state of Kentucky and meet income requirements for the program. The program also provides referral services for health care in addition to nutritional education, all at no cost at all.

Kentucky SNAP (food assistance program)
Kentucky Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly known as Food Stamps, is the food assistance program for low-income families and individuals living in Kentucky. The program provides access to food so that low-income families living in the state can feed themselves and stay healthy.
Eligibility Requirements: In order to receive benefits under SNAP (Food Stamps), one has to meet the following program requirements:
* Applicants must be a U.S citizen or a qualified alien
* Applicants must be a resident of state of Kentucky
* Applicants must register for work provided they are between 16 and 60 years of age and are qualified for work.
