The Marshall County Strategic Planning Committee consisting of teachers, administrators, and students developed our Marshall County Graduate Profile. A graduate profile consists of skills and competencies that are essential for student success beyond high school. After reviewing current
research and relevant data, the committee identified six Future Ready Competencies (21st Century Skills) that students must possess in order to be prepared for college, career, and life. All of our schools, K-12, are making instructional changes in order to provide learning opportunities that intentionally equip students with all six competencies.
