Welcome to My Website

My name is Kelly Jones and I have been teaching at North Marshall Middle School for 10 years! I went to David Lipscomb University in Nashville for 3 years and then went to Murray State University for 2 years where I got a Middle School Education degree in Math and Science. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Administration and I am currently working on a Educational Specialist Degree.

I am married to Jason Jones who works as a Branch Manager at CFSB, Inc. We have two children: Alec-Sandra Marie (Alec) who is 8 years old and in the 2nd grade at Benton Elementary, and Walker Jackson who is 3 1/2 years old and goes to KidsFirst Preschool at the Benton church of Christ.

I have many hobbies. I love scrapbooking, reading, shopping, walking, and spending time with friends and family. My family and I attend Benton church of Christ where we are very actively involved. My husband serves as a deacon and I oversee the nursery. I enjoy spending time with my Bible study group that we call The Sisterhood. We meet once a month in someone's home for a Bible study and to eat, laugh and bond!! We are very close and I treasure our friendship!

I love my job because I get to see my students grow and develop their independence and critical thinking skills! North Marshall is the greatest school around and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
