Guided Study, a new class at Benton Middle School, is an enrichment class where students will experience a variety of studies. Students will discuss teen issues, health and wellness, arts and humanities, drama, computer application, and many other core content related studies. Many guest speakers from the community will help contribute their expertise to our students. This class will also be a time where students can receive help with homework and organization.

Benton Middle School sixth graders have been involved with an informational and motivating unit concerning our current and past Olympics. Mrs. Valera Brooks has worked with the sixth grade to understand the history of the Olympic spirit, as well as medals awarded. She has helped them to understand how the Olympics have affected history and our relationships with other countries. |
